  1. How many courses should I take to complete the MBA program?

    The MBA program at CSU is a 30-hour program, requiring a student to complete 10 graduate courses. Students with non-business undergraduate degrees may have to complete prescribed undergraduate courses (Prerequisite Core) before enrolling in graduate courses. You must contact the MBA program director who will assist you with your plan of study.

  2. Does your MBA program have any areas of specialization?

    The MBA program does not have any areas of specialization. It consists of 10 graduate courses. The curriculum consists of 10 courses listed in the MBA Core.

  3. What is the maximum time available to complete the MBA program?

    Students have a maximum of 6 years from the first term of enrollment to compete all MBA degree requirements.

  4. Can I be admitted to the MBA program on a provisional basis?

    You may be admitted on a provisional basis if you meet one of the following conditions:

    · Have a minimum GMAT score of 430

    Or

    · Possess a professional/other graduate degree

    The graduate committee will review all materials submitted by the student to determine if provisional status will be granted.

  5. Can I be accepted to the MBA program before taking the GMAT?

    You must take the GMAT exam before you can be admitted to the MBA program.

  6. What GMAT score is required for regular admission?

    A minimum GMAT score of 450 is required before an application will be considered for regular admission.

  9. When can I be admitted to the MBA program?

    You can enter the MBA program in either Spring, Summer or Fall semesters.

  10. How often are the MBA courses offered?

    All MBA courses are offered only once a year. The MBA website lists the sequence of course offerings. Please note that this sequence is subject to change. Contact the MBA program director is you have any questions.

  11. When do MBA classes meet?

    MBA classes that are taught during Fall and Spring semesters typically meet from 7:30PM-10:15pm, Monday through Thursday. Occasionally, some classes may be scheduled from 6:00PM-8:45pm, Monday through Thursday.
